I have received an offer letter for an advanced diploma in mechanical engineering(design and analysis) from Conestoga college which is of 3 years, is it possible to do credit transfer and shorten the course to 2 years as I have already done my BE in mechanical engineering in India.

But 3 years can be beneficial

Why would you do a Diploma when you have a Bachelors Degree. I suggest you look for a masters program.

No but it is relevant to your previous studies so there shouldn't be a problem

It's going to happen but no confirmed date so even I'm trying to file visa at the earliest. Btw what campus?
