Mistake on Schedule A Question 4b)

Hi,

I've just realized that there's a mistake made for Background check Schedule A form question 4b) regarding criminal record. It should have ticked "Yes" but it has been ticked "No". Is there a way to rectify this mistake or should I withdraw the application before it get's rejected.

I've read about this happening to many others and the said that they send mail letting them know that they had made an error, including the new revised form and they accepted it good luck
