Hi, my friend had accepted an express entry BC PNP nomination last February 20, 2019 (which he received an electronic acceptance letter of the nomination) which says it should give him an additional 600pts and he still have not received any ITA from the recent express entry draws up to this date. he also has a representative managing his application. Do you see any issue here about the application? *expected points should be around 1000 including the core points. Please help us. thanks!
