Ok, thanks. It's weird because we had the biometrics done on Mar.6 and still haven't had any update or heard anything yet. Should I be concerned or need to make a phone call to anyone ?

Do you have access to GCKey? That's the only place you will see that they were received. If you can access GCKey and can see that they are not showing up there then yes, I would probably contact the VAC that did them and/or IRCC, as they should have been transmitted almost immediately.

I have passed medical exam and biometric completed. My application was transferred to visa office Rome on Feb. but I haven’t received the email about eligibility, as I see some people have received this email before their application were transferred. Is this normal?
I will really appreciate every reply.

Mine was received in Rome since January and still no correspodense.
We need to wait and be patient. I am an August 2018 applicant

Yes, GCKey shows different information than eCAS (what you linked to). You will not see an update on eCAS about biometrics; you will only see that on GCKey. Have you tried to link it and had problems? Or do you have a representative? If not, I would give it a try. Your application will progress regardless, so you don't need to worry if you can't link it, but it sounds like you would feel better about things if you were able to access it.

No, only the transfer email. And nothing after that. You mean pre-arrival services ?

If you're from the Caribbean and your application was received before December 31, 2018 you shouldn't have to provide biometrics at this time.

Ok, so maybe it has updated on GCKey. Yes, I have a representative so can't link to GCKey or he will lose access. I will send him an email and see if he has an update on his end. Thanks for the help.

Also, they said that have sent correspondence about this decision on Jan.22

Sponsor decision made means your sponsor has been approved. They send an email may be check it in spam
