Do you have access to GCKey? That's the only place you will see that they were received. If you can access GCKey and can see that they are not showing up there then yes, I would probably contact the VAC that did them and/or IRCC, as they should have been transmitted almost immediately.
Mine was received in Rome since January and still no correspodense.
Does GCKey show more updated information than the CIC login (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en) ? Because I have access to CIC and not GCKey and there has been no new update on CIC.

Yes, GCKey shows different information than eCAS (what you linked to). You will not see an update on eCAS about biometrics; you will only see that on GCKey. Have you tried to link it and had problems? Or do you have a representative? If not, I would give it a try. Your application will progress regardless, so you don't need to worry if you can't link it, but it sounds like you would feel better about things if you were able to access it.
