Express Entry Profile Still Reads Pending Even After Receiving Email

I created my express entry profile and submitted it on the 17th of March at 8 am, I then received an email from CIC on the 18th at 9 am stipulating that my application had been updated and asking me to check my application status and messages for more information. I then signed in to my GC Key account but I did not see any message and my account status is still showing pending. I see what seems to be an Express entry profile number but I do not see a Job Seeker Validation code nor CRS points, talk less of any message whatsoever in my account. Has any one else experienced this?

It is ok now, all the required info came in; guess I was too eager to get things moving. General rule is to wait at least 48 hours before begining to worry/panic.

I am in the same situation right now. It has been just over a day now since I submitted the EE application, I haven't received any CRS points. Just an email exactly 24 hours after I submitted saying that application has been updated, but there were no changes at all on my profile when I logged in. My anxiety is growing by the hour!

Hi, I created an EE profile this afternoon and the status is pending as well. Have you received any updates on your profile yet?

Same situation. I received the email and status is still pending. I called CIC and they suggest me to wait. May be its because of long weekend.

So let keep each other updated. If it's because of long weekend, then tomorrow should be okay. If not, well,...

No updates yet. Just that on email saying there was an update, but the website didn't show any messages or updates. Hopefully in the next 24 hours, the score should come. Can't do anything but wait anxiously.

Hi, so far as I check, I believe it is a bug or a technical issue in the system. It will explain that all the pending cases were created from Saturday to Monday and because it was a long weekend, so there are no technical staff available to fix it. I already reported technical difficulties on their Web form, you can report the issue if you want, hopefully it gets fixed faster. Make sure to choose Technical difficulties in Type of enquiry.
