One most important question
Did you received any letter from CBSA to leave ciunrtr or did they or police ever come to your home to say you that you need to go ????? That's my biggest fear

No. But some other people here yes they experienced CBSA visit and removal order letter but they are still here until the decision made of ss pr application so don’t be afraid if just incase it happens to you just face them and don’t hide everything will be okay

Hello,

I was out of status for 6 years when I applied for PR in May 2010.. My application was approved under H&C(inland sponsorship) and I became a PR on September 1, 2011.. I applied to be a Canadian Citizen this January and a decision was made this month. The period of not having a status were very trying times but I overcame by Gods grace.. If you are out there and going through this ordeal, please continue to stay strong and everything will fall into place.

I lost my status yesterday ,my visitor extension denied and my visa expired on nov 1 ( I applied for extension before that )
Now I am thinking for restoration of my stay and applying for my common law spouse application
But I am worried that can I apply for restoration of my stay or can I apply for common law application

I will submit my application tomorrow after 3 years be with out status, of course I’m nervous but let’s be strong happy that Is opportunity, I’m applying common law

Hi did you got the approval of your restoration?
My visa expired on Nov 1 and I applied for extension before this
I applied for visitor extension but it got refused yesterday and they said me to leave country
I read CIC website it written there that I can apply for restoration with in 90 days of extension refusal but I am worrird
Now I am thinking to apply for visa restoration

I have recieved a letter of approval for OWP.

I’m lost!!!! I have an exclusion order and now I got this owp approval letter! (Note: I’ve recieved a PRRA application on the 25th of March, 2019)(my study permit valid till July 2019, I got an exclusion order because the year of 2018 I was on study permit without studying duo a bad legal advice from a lawyer)

Is this means my exclusion order it will be held or what’s going on now?

Inland sponsorship + owp

App recieved: 4th of Jan. 2019
(Recieved exclusion order on 28th of Jan,2019)
App started to process: 28th of Feb, 2019)
Medical request: 6th of March, 2019
Medical: done on 8th of March, 2019
Medical: received
(Prra application recieved on 25th of March,2019)
OWP: letter approved 28th of March, 2019
(Owp valid till Feb, 2021)
