I'm just fixing up the Feb / March trackers with a few more amendments then I will be rejigging January. I think there's a facebook group using the sheet too, so I've changed the front page to show the changes.@JoshC Can we please also have file transfer columns in January spreadsheet, just like you've added in February. Thanks!
lol you've tried all combinations/permutations. Yes call them and they will help you to link your application. basically, Its the information you fill out in those forms.updated the tracker.
One lingering question in my head. I've tried all combinations/ permutations as read from here to try and link app to online account but unable to find it every time. Is there any way in which I may call / email them and ircc would link it to my account for me? I want to get out of this mental block of anxiously checking ecas every day.
Let me know your thoughts! Cheers and best of luck to all in here waiting to be re-united with their loved ones!
When did you get DM ? Today or yesterday?same here... even I am not able to link my application to GC Key account. My ECAS says decision made for Sponsorship. Waiting for email for SA.
Done. App linked to GC Keylol you've tried all combinations/permutations. Yes call them and they will help you to link your application. basically, Its the information you fill out in those forms.

when I was trying to link my application, I wasn't putting 2 as the number of members in the application(sponsor(1)+prinical(1) = 2)
Thank you to you and to whoever else who has been working hard to update the spreadsheets for all of us and organize everything. It is very much appreciated by all of us in this process together! By any chance are you in the Canadian Spousal Sponsorship Support Group? If so, if you'd like, maybe share the link there so others can join and see that you've put in the amazing work to organize something great for us all! Again, thank you! xJanuary folks, I've now updated your tracker to match Feb/March, they now follow how the current process seems to be flowing. Amendments are:
Removed
• Contact Information - just provide your Canda Visa username. Keeps your personal data safer.
• Sponsors City - doesn't have much bearing on overall application.
• PCC & Schedule A status as they're now required upfront, bar a small amount of countries such as Japan.
Moved
• Principal Applicants VO has been moved over to the left of AOR2, and renamed as Moved to Visa office along with a date of movement field.
• Biometrics and Medical moved to fit in with how applications now seem to be processing - before AOR2 or Moved to visa office.
Added
• Principal Applicants country added to show a more detailed timeline for the PA.
• All data is tracked at the bottom of each sheet to show average times of each stage and the average time between each stage. I'll be adding more to this such as the number of applicants from each country and VO data.
Please take a moment to add your PA's country and Moved to Visa office dates/office.
I used to be but don’t really use Facebook. I know they use the tracker so if you want you can share the link to the post and inform them of the updates.Thank you to you and to whoever else who has been working hard to update the spreadsheets for all of us and organize everything. Row 1, Column A & B are frozen, it could be your phone.Hi Josh,
I just tried updating the tracker from my phone and Im just wondering would it be worth to freeze the first 2 columns (name and entry number) and the heading row?
Maybe its just me/my phone
Did you try using sponsor info to check if sponsorship approval is in process?I have the same situation as yours. Ecas shows Application Received since last saturday
Yay, thanks so much for all your help on this It makes the process so much less intimidating when you can see the averages and that processing times for your app are normal. Especially when immigration tells you that you aren't supposed to contact them until after a year has expired.January folks, I've now updated your tracker to match Feb/March, they now follow how the current process seems to be flowing.
