Reimbursement is easy for them.. But they should reimburse our ages and ielts and our hopes... Can they???????we must fight against this.. Not to money reimbursement...I sent mails for all parliamentarians... Plz all of you raise your pain voice to the parliament members too..

If bill 9 pass we will be in a another big issue.. Who cares our situation?????That's the big issue now. They will try their best to pass it...so let's again urge them to process our applications before bill pass..

Quebec will likely continue to process 18,000 immigration files — for now
The provisional injunction that forced the Quebec government to continue to process — and not destroy — some 18,000 immigration files will likely be renewed next Thursday.
According to court documents obtained by the Canadian Press, the Association des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration (AQAADI), which launched the judicial process, filed a joint application for the injunction order to be renewed until Bill 9 passes into law or a legal decision is made on the case.

The counsel for Quebec’s attorney general informed the judge who had ordered the injunction of the province’s agreement to the request.
Lawyers from the province and the group will have have to appear in court on Thursday to formalize the renewed injunction unless a judge decides otherwise.

Following the Superior Court decision on February 25, 2019, the Ministère continues to make decisions on applications submitted before August 2, 2018 under the Regular Skilled Worker Program.
The Ministère performed a technical update to restore applications in Mon projet Québec to the status they had on February 7, 2019.
