IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Hi Everyone,

My timeline:

Docs delivered at IQAS: 7th Dec, 2018
AOR received: 07th March, 2018

Currently my application status is in line processing. Can anyone suggest how much time will it take IQAS to finalize the process.

Great. Congratulations!! You were bang on with your own prediction - expecting eca by 15 March

I was dking my calculations. I had different prediction earlier coz I thought its not taking more than 5-7 days for status to change from final review to AoR. But later realized its taking around 30 days.. And I've been observing timline of every stage is increasing. Moatly for AoR and mailed..

Considering all these. I came up to 15 March... And I received my eca on 15 March....

But the report was completed on 9th Feb.

@ailyas2 first of all congratulations for ur ECA, secondly I have been following this thread since last 06 months and found people like @YPS @CNP and you who are always ready to help others and respond to their queries.
What I have realized from my case, there is no standard timeframe for IQAS. In some case they take only 02 days to change status from Assessing to Final Review (your case) and in my case its more than 20 days still stuck at that same assessing phase.
So what i consider, its just patience. You just submit your application and put ball in IQAS court, rest is upto them. If you call them or send email they will reply you with standard answer.

why you signed again and update on the portal. Did IQAS asked this?

Whats your CRS?

Didnt score in IELTS. so its around 360.
If I get CLB9 it will be 442 without spouse ielts or eca.

Partially true.

But I predicted my ECA on 15 March. It was my second prediction which got exactly right. And this prediction was done in Feb if I am not wrong. I received by ECA on 15 March.

You can compare your timeline with people whose docs were delivered one month prior ua docs getting delivered. I did that same and added some days and came up with 15 March. And guess what it came out to be correct.

But we can never know what limitations IQAS has for evaluation depending on countries, universities. So no prediction or guess can be guaranteed.

It can be calculated observing the trend. But currently IQAS has no specific trend going on.

Hard to predict. But not impossible.

Apparently, waiting is the only option here as I've seen for many other applicants.

Officially in the fluctuating group now. Just checked and it showed Complete before reverting back to Final Review. Status date now shows 18th March instead of 22nd Feb.

Expecting Eca by month end

It seems as though there was more activity during the beginning of the month.

Seems so. People with final review status till 4th - 5th Feb received reports around 15th Feb. Then there was no activity till 6th Mar when people with final review date 7th - 8th Feb sailed through and received reports. Around 15th Mar, people with final review date 9th Feb received reports. So much uncertainty with IQAS. ( These are my observations and not binding on anybody )
