Yes, I am able to. I received bio-metrics request in my CIC account.were you able to link your application in GC key account?
I have just locked first two columns!@JoshC , sorry, we're making lots of requests for spreadsheets changes, but I'd like to propose some amendments as well Just for your consideration.
- The first two columns in February are not locked (but I believe they have been... or no)? Could you please lock them as it's done in other months.
- Schedule A and PCC are not really helpful since it's now a requirement for upfront. Maybe we can remove them?
- Maybe it's worth moving all columns about biometric and medicals before Decision Made column, or maybe even before AOR2? It will allow to have the logical order of actions.
PM me your email. I'll get you added.I have just locked first two columns!
I'm a data scientist and know a lot about spreadsheet and other programs, so i could help @JoshC in maintaining this sheet. if you don't mind me doing it.
I'll move the medical and biometrics to before AOR2 as it seems to follow that pattern now. I'll also drop in the visa office transition and the VO it was sent too. The PA's local VO will be moved to this bit and the Sponsors City will be changed to PA's country.@JoshC , sorry, we're making lots of requests for spreadsheets changes, but I'd like to propose some amendments as well Just for your consideration.

It's very good and much easier to use now, thanks a lot! But it looks like a few important things have gone away, likeI'll move the medical and biometrics to before AOR2 as it seems to follow that pattern now. Edit: @alaria Check Feb's layout, does this suit the new pattern we are seeing?
All updated, I was toying with the idea of doing that at the top, I'll play around on a copy of the sheet and post it here to see what you all think. It's very good and much easier to use now, thanks a lot! But it looks like a few important things have gone away, like
# of Applicants
# of AOR1
# of SA
# of AOR2
and percentages for the respective fields
Thank you Josh!! @JoshCI've made amendments to the tracker based on the requests of a number of users, any feedback is appreciated.

Removed
Moved
- Contact Information - just provide your Canda Visa username. Keeps your personal data safer.
- Sponsors City - doesn't have much bearing on overall application.
- PCC & Schedule A status as they're now required upfront regardless.
Added
- Principal Applicants VO has been moved over to the left of AOR2, and renamed as Moved to Visa office along with a date of movement field.
- Biometrics and Medical moved to fit in with how applications now seem to be processing - before AOR2 or Moved to visa office.
- Principal Applicants country added to show a more detailed timeline for the PA.

If you do like playing with that, if it's enjoyable for you and not hard work, maybe you could add some more average values to other columns as well? Like medicals request average, DM average, etc. That's the only thing I can think about to improve the sheets. If we have that, from very good it'll become perfectAll updated, I was toying with the idea of doing that at the top, I'll play around on a copy of the sheet and post it here to see what you all think.
