No point fretting over these minor details and giving yourself high blood pressure..... Just relax. They are not THAT unreasonable that they will send back application just on the basis of not writing N/A.

Most have just been changing the PA’s Visa office column to wherever it’s been transferred too. I’m tempted to change the first column to PA’s country and then do a column further down the line with Visa office and the date it was transferred.
