canceled sponsorship and responsor?

Hi so iam female Canadian citizen and I have sponsored my spouse before but had canceled the application in middle of process. I have 2 children with him and now want to sponsor him again because my children and my self really want to be one happy family. My children are boys who really miss and need thief father in their lives. Iam also sick with diabetes and need him more then ever. Is there any chance if I sponsor him again. Is there anything I can do to reunite my family. Any help would be greatful.

You can reapply. It's possible that the application will be subject to extra scrutiny because of the previous application cancellation.

You have to also show that you are in a current relationship. Your boys can have a relationship with their father without you being married. Relationships that break down tend struggle even more if you throw in medical needs. You may need help but is your partner actually going to provide it if you have broken up in the past?

My kids and I video chat every day also follow each other on social media like fb. He had never stoped communicating with his kid and I. What are the chances of Applying for a visiting visa? What are the chances there. He has property money and a business ? And yes I’m sure if he were to be sponsored here he would care for his family. When we broke up he really didn’t have a say. Our separation was because of a lot of people that didn’t want us to be together people who didn’t like us. Unfortunately there are nasty people like this in the world.

Chances of a visitor visa are probably low - but you can certainly try.

So what do you suggest ? Him coming to visit once a year or to sponsor as. Him visiting once a year is ok to,I mean cheaper then 3 ticket plus school. I guess either way the resaults will probably no good? I thought Canada was big on Uniting children with both parents. My son is now starting to suffer from depression I’ve notice and teacher from school as well. It’s sad that government would do this to family and keep them apart. Yes it was my fault but, in my defense the guy that was handling my paper did not explain to me. Actually he was a fraud. Who had taken over 6 digits from us. He pretend to me another person with the same name. Basically we’ve been through a lot. We are still trying to become a family again. Any hope is hope

He likely can't come as a visitor until he gets his sponsorship result and you will have to sponsor outland, That is what @scylla said. You also are not really describing a relationship just that he is co-parenting from abroad.

The government isn't keeping you apart. You had a sponsorship application that you canceled - that was your choice.

TRVs are meant to be used for people who are coming to Canada as tourists and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. That's why the chances of refusal are likely quite high. IRCC will know your husband has plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Provided you are still in a real relationship with your husband and you aren't just sponsoring him because of your children, you should submit another sponsorship application as soon as you can. If you are no longer in a relationship, then he will have to qualify and apply for PR on his own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

Yes I understand it’s my fault for for canceling but people make mistakes. No one is perfect. lwhat I Ment was if he cant come as sponsor well then could he at least visit. Outland means that you sponsor him while he is outside of Canada.

It's been a very long time since you've seen each other and this will create concerns your relationship is no longer ongoing. Strongly recommend that you wait until after your visit this summer before you attempt to sponsor him again.
