I dont think so, seems like a 'light mistake'. Lets hope it goes unnoticed/accepted by CIC

Besides, you cannot send another application now. This one needs to be returned by CIC first, and then you can correct & resubmit same application

It's a no to send a new application. I know the feeling but the best thing you can do is wait for them to return the application or let us pray for the best that they will accept your application as is. Goodluck!

Mine clearly says, Signatory name: DQN M
But when i look at the signature it looks like Dan is the first name of the signatory

Mine says D MacInnis. Same guy probably.
