It could be a system glitch or they might have not updated ur notes... but thats for sure they cannot change the status to decision made just like that
Certainly there is a system issue, under my GCkey and ECAS, its showing that additional documents required since 20th October. No information yet and now they send me PA

Yes! I am just concerned with if I am reading the DM correctly or not! Till now have been following GCkey but with Ecas, I am really confused.
If application is moving in a positive direction, there are only two status. "In Process" or " Decision Made". So, there might not be any need of updating any further notes in ECAS. Like many people got DM and PPR and there is no change in the GCkey yet

Truee! Even my account shows the wrong date of the application received, despite of informing them about the technical issue

Yesterday, I realized that ECAS updates are less frequent but that eventually gives more info about the actual completion of each activity, GCkey gives more insight of what's happening but may not necessarily shows everything

I am hereby requesting everyone to update the timelines in signature if possible to avoid the requests to share timelines again and again. Essentially the Application received Date, Medical, File transferred to NDVO, Pre-Arrival, BGC date, DM

Yesterday i checked the Ecas, it says Decision Made on Permanent Residence Application Status. But then there were no notes updated when clicked on Decision Made. And also there have been no email on GCkey as well. I am looking that mostly all have received DM who got there PA in February end. I got my PA on 26th Feb, just waiting for DM and PPR. Hope I get lucky in this week.
Details should follow

I have received Interview Notification Email from New Delhi Visa office today. Can anyone guide me like how many days it will take to receive the date of interview email from now? Timeline in my Signature.. @singleman ji any thoughts? They haven't requested for any documents though..

For information regarding our processing times, please see consult the following link on our website: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/processing_times-durees_traitement.aspx.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.
