Same situation - no updates

Couple of applicants from Novmeber who had their files transferred to CPC-M on feb 14, received DM or PPR on March 08. Around the 100 day mark. Not sure how accurate the timelines are but I wouldn’t mind receiving PPR in 100 days.

Who knows we could get DM or PPR by end of this month or 1st week of April.

I have a feeling they will be rolled out on a Friday.

I would suggest you don't compare with "others". The higher the expectation, the more the disappointment. If it is not true, then you will get a pleasant surprise.:D

No, that is not AOR2. I have that one a few days(Mar 4) after Sydney sent my application to HKVO (Feb. 28). AOR2 should be sent from VO directly and after that BGC starts. In my case, everything is the same as on Feb. 28.
Like I said, a lot of VOs (and esp. CPC-M) are known for neglecting to send AOR2s for whatever reason, so if @ArtMed doesn't eventually receive an AOR2 directly, that's the date to go by. It's hard to compare things otherwise -- for example, my partner's BGC has been in process since AOR1, so it's not really a reliable indicator of anything. Definitely if the VO sends the AOR2 that's great, but in the absence of that you kind of have to go by line 2 on eCAS. At least that's how I understand it!

It is a bit beyond our expected days of AOR1, which is around 60 day. But it is normal as it is still within IRCC's 3-month mark.
Are we the only one here experiencing this situation? What will we do aside from trying to call ircc?

I don't think you are the only one. But I don't see any other thing you could do at this point. Though calling IRCC is definitely your option, I don't see you will get favorable or meaningful answer from them.

I got the Line 2 update 5 days after the file was transferred, so what other meaning would it have?

It looks like this is going to be the trend. No AOR2 from HKVO either.

It is definitely a positive sign, it probably means that VO got the application. But historically, VO would send out an email to "officially" announce your application is received by the office.

I think they are quite liberal with the process, which is easy to do when most people do not have the process outline available.

Hahaha well said - my low expectation is 10 to 12 months but then I can’t help but dream to be reunited with family ASAP

You don't need to do anything now. Relax and wait for further instructions from IRCC.

Mine was transferred to Mississauga and I never received AOR2 but already have DM and PPR... so I wouldn't worry too much about AOR2.
I just obsessively checked ECAS every day until I saw DM on both sides lol

Wow, congratulations!
