Bc PNP NOMINATED - Work permit support letter

I got invited for bc pnp ee si stream and had submitted the application. Once I got the nomination letter and work permit support letter can I go to border and apply for work permit over there.?

I have 3 years valid visa and I am currently in United states.

Can some explain the procedure on obtaining the work permit post nomination

EE BC - Skilled worker

Registration - Feb 23rd
ITA - March 5th
Submission - March 11th
Status - Applied till then.
