Is the "social media management" course a diploma, degree, masters?
The "business and management studies" was a degree so I dont think she can do another degree in the same field unless its a masters because in order to get a study visa the visa officer must be convinced that the course you are taking will benefit you and is of a higher level of education than your previous education.
