Please when filling the additional family information form (imm5406), and you need to add extra information, do you use another copy of the same sheet or just a plain sheet of paper.

Download/ use a new sheet. just ensure name of applicant whose family details your are updating is on both sheets. worked for me.

As per trend eligibility does not start in 4 months so let's hope we get to see something more than R10 in the notes. I will be getting notes around 20 Mar Aor 20 November.

I know my R10 was completed on December 17. So I would like to see something new on the notes.
