University transcripts post stuck in Toronto customs

Hi all,

I have sent my university transcripts from University post office on 18th feb and as per india speed post tracking, status is showing that the documents reached Toronto on 24th Feb. The status hasn't changed since then I have been checking both postal tracking and my Wes account.
Is there anything I can do in this situation for the documents to reach Wes? I did mention wes reference number in the address.

Speed post does take time. And after that WES also take time in acknowledgement. Would suggest you to wait for 1 week more then contact WES to check
