So my partner and I are in Canada helping my parents move and my partner was approved. This is great news but we were sent an email that said we needed to send a courier to pick up the document in 7 days. The problem is we need to get a way bill to the embassy but I'm not sure if they will print it out for the courier company as I can't get in touch with them. We have only a few days left to arrange a pick up and are in the middle of moving my parents while trying to deal with this. Has anyone else been in Canada when they received PR and how did they get the COPR from the outland embassy? Ours is in Rome. I appreciate any info on this matter, many thanks.
