I had added work experience dating back to 8 years ago in my EE profile. I have been unable to get a work reference letter from my first employer for APR. I need to remove this from my work experience list. Now given that it does not change the overall score of my case, would it cause a problem or will I risk getting rejected for this? The same goes for my husband. TIA

Thank you for the quick response. It is already part of my personal history, so if I understand correctly, you are saying that removing it from work experience list would not cause a problem. Am I right? If so, will I need to add any explanations on why it has changed.

Yes. You don't need to mention anything as long as your scores don't drop below the cut off for the round you were invited.

I need to remove this from my work history. Now given that it does not change the overall score of my case, would it cause a problem or will I risk getting rejected for this?
