Education history in Express entry

I have evaluated my master's degree with WES(World Education Services) and I got it as Canadian masters equivalent. Now the question is When filling ITA, Do I need to mention my bachelors in my education tab or just mention my Masters as that's the only thing I got evaluated?

In the last section at personal details, Do I need to give all education details?

1 - That's a matter of preference, either way is fine.
2 - Yes, all educational details would be stated in the personal history section.

@DelPiero07 Thanks for the reply. I have decided to give only Masters in the Education Tab. Now when I upload documents, what should I upload? I have a Masters Degree certificate, Masters transcript, and WES ECA evaluation document. Among these what should I upload?

The degree is a must along with its translation if applicable. It is recommended you upload the ECA as it might be requested later on during the processing of your application. Transcripts are not required for foreign credentials so up to you if you wish to upload them.
