Working in Montreal with Canadian PR (Express Entry)

Can I work in Monteal, Quebec if I already have a approved COPR in hand. I am currently in India and I might get a job offer from a employer in Montreal so I was curious. Or do I need to land in some other province and later go to Montreal?

What do you mean by "already have Canadian PR"? Have you already used your COPR to land and officially become a PR? If so, then you can work anywhere.

My apologies. Let me re-phrase this. I have the COPR in hand but have to officially get the PR card since I did not yet land.
