Hi all. I have recdived the letter a week ago and trying to get appointment but they say December is full. What should I do? Has anyone gone there in person and given theirs without appointment? Please reply!

Yes. They told me that no appointments are available and you need to check frequently for any appointments availability. I dont know what the hell they are upto
it's a very pathetic system, you need to keep checking it all day and consultants have dedicated resources who are doing this that's why whichever new slot is announced they register their clients instantly so you have to be super quick whenever the first page shows availability of any slot. just got mine done this way and trust me it's a pain in the ass.
yesterday i talked to an agent who said there will be new slots for coming week and they'll be made available today so keep checking. good luck

This is a very pathetic system. We have tried to get an appointment for 2 weeks now. Called them, emailed them, even visited the office twice, but no avail. Any Advice?
Their system is awful i agree. I can only suggest to you to be patient and regularly check for appointments online. Every 2 weeks they issue new appointments. The problem is that the consultants know exactly when they issue appointments and in that moment they book all of them.
The best practice would be to check thrice a day for appointments. Best of luck
