But don't worry, if you submitted a clean and complete application, just relax!
Those who have their application go beyond normal processing time often have unclear spots that need additional review.
Is anybody from Bangladesh here? I have submitted my pp to Vfs Bangladeh on 19th Feb and Singapore received on 22nd Feb. Till now no update and it inly says 'in process'. There is no change in my cic profile either.

I am assuming you have sent in your passport following a PPR. Candidates in India are quite used to a 4-week turnaround, so I imagine you should expect a similar timeline...or maybe add an extra week given your passport has to cross international borders.

Do you suspect something of the sort? If you have not misrepresented anything in your application, you should be fine. I haven't heard of cases where the visa/CoPR has been denied following a PPR. The only scenario that comes to mind is if your passport has less than six months of validity left, in which case some countries won't issue you a visa or refuse you entry based on an existing non-immigrant visa.

Yes, without these few months, my Crs drops from 472 to 447 (which is still above the 445 cutoff for my draw).
Well, if they ask for more info, I can have my manager (who is the company managing partner and has signed my ref letter) vouch for me.
Also, the company, although pays in cash keeps records of salary they send their employees, I can send a picture of those company records signed by her, which proves my employment.

No, there is no ambiguity in my application. It is crystal clear. And validity of my pp is more than 1 year.

Any movement on December 2018 CEC inland AOR's? I am still in IP 2 stage. Called CIC said everything is done, now VO will make a decision. God knows what that means...haha
Hmm, so I've thrown out a lot of ideas in my past couple of replies - these are the more 'traditional' workarounds to when an employment reference letter is not available. One more idea: Didn't this employer deduct income tax at source before paying you? Your case is interesting because while your letter of reference has already been provided (presumably in the format required by IRCC), there may be an ADR or Review Required in the future as IRCC will likely be unable to verify the existence or operations of said employer - or whether you were paid - based on what you have shared.
Since you are post-AOR and as you have included this job as a part of your work history, IRCC will have to process each of your positions in the same way. Your CRS remained relevant up to AOR but not anymore. There are two paths ahead of you: a) stay prepared but do nothing until you receive an ADR or see a Review Required in your GCMS, or b) raise a CSE and preemptively explain why it might prove difficult to verify this employer as they do not have an online presence, etc., however, you have x, y and z additional items that support the claim that you worked there. What would I do? I would stay forearmed with as many additional supporting documents but wait for an ADR.
Just sit back and relax over the next few weeks -- remember your application has already been approved; you are simply waiting for a piece of paper (CoPR) and a visa to be stamped. Count 4-5 weeks from the day your passport was received in Singapore before starting to worry.
