Maximum predictions are for 450 today.
If i'm not wrong, the draw can happen until 6pm UTC on the draw day. i mean that's the maximum it has been seen till now, right?
i have seen the old records, and it usually happens between 12:00 - 16:00 UTC. But again, IRCC may surprise us in every aspect.

I have seen that most of the predictions are 450.
However, I donot expect this to happen. My predictions are 446 to 448 if the draw is announced today.
It can be 445 also if they come up with 3900 applications.
