Nope, mine is still marked as "your file is complete". I mailed them asking the date of decision. They said it takes 10 to 12 weeks from the date we were marked "complete".

i mailed them too. They said they don't have a specific date. I'm so tired of waiting. Update here if you receive a change in status.
 
Did anyone else’s status date change but status still under evaluation? My date changed to 27 Feb 2019 but still under evaluation. Does this mean anything
 
I Applied in December for a Masters in Computer Science.
Current Status: Under Evaluation
