My documents were received by them on Nov 9 and I got my online ECA yesterday. so that's 16-17 weeksOh and one more thing. I read somewhere that the processing time of (now) 20 weeks start from after the acknowledgement email. Is that true? If that's the case then shouldn't I expect to receive my eca in August 2019?

I hope to receive my ITA before September 2019. I have heard the immigration polices might change after elections.

Soft copy: 5 March
Report states completion date as 17 Feb.
Although I had already submitted my application using my WES ECA but I am actually more happy with the IQAS ECA because they got my evaluation correct on the first try whereas for WES I had to get my university involved and after nearly 2 weeks of frustrating communications back and forth WES corrected the ECA. It was around this same time I applied for IQAS.
They correctly evaluated my 1-year UK PG certificate as 1 year graduate certificate whereas WES gave it one semester equivalency and later changed it after my University sent them further proof that it was a 1 year program and I was enrolled for 2 semesters
So I would strongly advise everyone to choose IQAS!! Yes, the evaluation takes painfully long but they get your ECA spot on.
You will get file number once IQAS acknowledge your document received. As per current trend, it will take 2 to 3 moths for acknowledgement of docs. Once same is done add 15 to 20 weeks for ECA. All the best.

I had a 3 year Bsc from India and 1 year PG Certificate from UK.
Both got positive evaluation as 3 year's Bachleor's and 1 year Graduate Certfiicate
Your MBA will definitely be evaluated as Master's as per IQAS table irrespective of how many year program it was
I believe in WES 1 year MBA programs are not considered as masters
