Validity of IELTS score

I appeared for IELTS on 2nd June 2018. I am planning to submit the application in a day or 2. I am just worried that by the time it would come for the PR invite, it would be more than year since I would have appeared for IELTS and my application might get rejected.

My expected profile score is 451. I checked it by submitting a dummy application. The cut off is going within 450 except for the last draw. Can any one please guide me if I should submit the application now or appear for the IELTS again before submitting it?

IELTS results are valid for 2 years from date the results are released. So you are definitely well within the validity period.

Thanks for the response. I remember reading it somewhere that it is valid for 1 year. Just rechecked it and found it 2 years on official site - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/language-requirements.html
