I don’t think it starts until April 1st, hopefully you will have your endorsement way before then. I wouldn’t imagine cases that are already submitted would be required to submit the documents but I guess it’s advisable for applicants to get the documents in order just in case.

Our employer just updated us today that NB Gov requires these documents before they can issue the endorsements.
I have seen some folks here posting that they recieved their endorsements from NB in the last 2 weeks , so i am wondering if they had to provide those docs as well before they got endorsed.
I provided the documents when I applied in January 2018 as I wanted to give a strong endorsement application as it was first come first served and I knew PEI allocation wasn’t great. Do you have it all ready?
Yes i do have them ready, just that it wasnt required back then for the endorsement application. There have seem some candidates from the same company who sent the application in December and got their endorsements within a week!
Hopefully once they receive them, they will issue you the endorsement as you’ve been waiting a long time. some for me I got mine within a couple of days.

IRCC are still showing language level of CLB 4 or higher, if you are concerned I would suggest you call your nominating provincial office to clarify.
Thanks for replying , did they ask you to submit it recently during the endorsement application process or you had already submitted it at the beginning?
And also , could you please share your timelines for endorsement ? Like when have you receieved the endorsement application reciept, when did they request for the additional documents and when did you get the endorsement, thanks so much!
During application, I forwarded my passport copy and accompanying dependents, IELTS and ECA. I received the acknowledgement receipt from NB on Nov 9 and on the 1st week of February my employer asked for job reference that corresponds with my NOC because NB told them to lol. Then got my endorsement on Feb 15.
Oh okay , great so my employer just updated yesterday us that we require the three docs to be sent , they also said we will be getting the email requesting for it . Ours is december acknowledgement , so i guess they are going in order of reciept.
