Hello all,

I am preparing my documents to apply for EE under CEC. I also have experience from my home country for one year. I had left that job in 2016.
The experience letter is dated back in April-2018. Is that ok to submit ?

Also the letter addresses to CIC directly, rather than saying "To whom ever it may concern", (I had asked the management to do so, maybe I made a mistake). And now it is difficult to ask for another letter. Is it ok to submit that letter the way it is addressing and the date it has ?

Please suggest. Thanks.

5. if possible, your total annual salary
6. signed by a supervisory officer at the place of employment.
7. Be on original company’s letterhead,
8. showing the company’s full address,contact details, and be stamped with the company’s official seal

What about the difference between the mode of getting salary. As I've been appointed as On-role from the past 3 months only, and obviously have got the increment as well. Am I supposed to mention the annual salary based on my current only, right?

Few points :
1. Make sure it is not a copy and paste of t words in the he template
2, Please do not mention all the duties which were mentioned in the website.. ( Its a big mistake if you mention all duties , its a huge mistake)

Yes, I know that already. I can't say all of the duties would match, but I guess yes majority of them will be.

Generally, pay stubs include details such as Name, designation, department, month name, salary breakup, employee id, no. of paid days, company logo & address, leave balance etc. Not sure, what all details are available in your pay stubs.

I guess, all of these things will be included. What I was doubtful about is, whether cheque has anything to do with the payslips? Do the cheque detailes also need to be mentioned like cheque no., Cheque date and all

Yes, because doing that makes your profile vulnerable, which is very likely to be rejected by IRCC.

In most of the cases, salary slips dont include cheque details. You should include bank statement to justify the cheque payee details. Mention everything in LOE if you want to give clarity to case officer.
