Did you find anyone who has taken the TCF Canada test recently? It seems most of the people prefer TEF.

I sat this TCF in May this year, it was challenging yet flexible. I got the B2 in all modules but the writing, therefore, I used the article in the exam rules to ask for a remark and the results came back as B2 for all modules!!
It's a cheaper yet better exam, in my opinion, than taking the TEF. Also, this is prepared by the Ministry of education of France, whereas TEF is a "private" exam by the Alliance francaise and some other institutions
