2 questions regarding Express Entry (Skilled)

Hello everyone,

I am from India and will be submitting an application for Express Entry soon and I needed advice on 2 things-

  1. I completed a Masters degree from an accredited University in Ontario (among the Top 25). The duration of this program was for 1 year 4 months. My question is will I get the full 30 points for this Masters or less?
  2. My field of work has been in software development and I am now getting into Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. I have been in contact with a few employers who might offer me a job in this field. Second question - will I need an LMIA along with a job offer from a Canadian employer or will a job offer alone be sufficient in this field?
  3. Are there any other options (apart from the regular LMIA route) that can hep me in getting PR in Canada? For example any special provincial nominee program for Foreign Workers or some LMIA specifically for PR.
