Hello,

My wife is detected with Inactive TB after 4 months she granted visa. She is on medication now. What are the steps to be taken before she lands in Canada? Does the immigration authority needs to know about it?
Most of the posts which I have gone through talk about TB being detected during Visa Medical Examination process and not about illness detected after that.

Thanks in advance.

Yes you must advise CIC. She will likely have to be under medical surveillance.

Is there a specific form to be filled for this or email id? It would be of great help if you could help me find one.
Email address of the visa office is sometimes written in the first page of the PPR you got.

If not, Google case specific enquiry. I don’t have the patience to copy paste links on a phone.

Got it. Thanks. In the meanwhile I even called CIC on their toll free number. They said you should get in touch with Canada Visa office in the country from where the visa is issued.
