Linking a doc to cic

Just a quick question,

We are trying to link our doc to cic website and
we got this question;
“Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application”

What is it exactly asking?

It’s just me and my partner.
We don’t have any child or other family members involved to our application.

We always get confused with some questions from cic..

It's asking you to include all family members. So if you are only a couple than that's all the family members you have that you can declare.

Umm you mean it’s asking including me or any other family members involved into the application but my partner who is a spouse?
I need to double check. I remember some documents asking similar questions but, it was asking just extra family members since the documents are for general family class not just for the common law sponsorships.

Number of family members will be 2

A spouse is still a family member. So just include any family members. In your case, your family consists of 2 members.
