Would IRCC contact the family and friends you listed under the question "Do your family and friends know about your relationship?" in IMM 5532 form, Part C? (this is for common-law sponsorship)

probably not (at least in my case they didnt but i was outland) but of course your answer should be true in case they would.

We are applying Inland. Our answers our true, however one of the friends listed there I don't really talk to often anymore and she lives in a different country. and I haven't informed her that I included her name in our application. I am not sure if we need to inform the people listed in our application that we included their names there.

IRCC doesn't contact them.
