Just wanted to share my timeline for PPR.
FSW-O
Country of residence - USA
Indian national
AOR-Nov 4
Med passed - dec 6
IP1 - dec 6
IP2 - Jan 15
PPR - Feb 28

US applicants - any suggestions on how to proceed further . Are you guys mailing over the documents directly to Ottawa CPC ? I am planning to send them over via New York VFS, please suggest if anyone is familiar with NY VFS services.

Hi, I ordered mine after 90 days and there was no notes on eligibility. Only inital review (R10) of education and language test, RCMP and info sharing.

Because your case is stuck at PCC issue that's why didn't proceed to eligibility . But normally eligibility starts within 90 days.

Hi, how come you didnt have to provide POF?
I'm also CEC, but the application had a place to upload POF as mandatory.
I know I read somewhere on CIC website that CEC doesn't need to meet min funds, bit I still had to upload docs.

PoF is for supporting yourself till you get a job. If you are already CEC and have the job, then there is no need for pof.
I remember I had the same issue as yours and I uploaded my job offer as pof.

Reading the messages on gcms notes,want to order them too but my consultant has strictly said that they aren’t reliable and not trustworthy so I guess I’ll wait till 120 days ,maybe then I can order them.But,are they really safe as in we are handling our personal information to a 3rd party:|

Consultant..y axis. Gcms are the actual day to day processing of your application.if there is a review required then only Gcms can help you. See the eligibility review required thread and you will come to know that ur agent is telling bullshit.

Hello ,was there any mention of A11.2 eligibility in 90 days and anything by analyst

I checked my notes. Yes, there is mention of A11.2. There is a big paragraph written by the Case processing officer about his initial assessment on my profile. Looks good to me and they are showing as passed in the initial assessment.

There is no problem in ordering GCMS notes. It is actually better if you order it and is very useful to know the progress. However I recommend to order it after 120 days.

I ordered my notes March 1. I went into IP1 on Feb 4 (Almost day 70 since my AOR).
Do you think that about 4 weeks is enough time to know if they started working on my eligibility (verifying my work experience, etc)?

I am Eligibility not met and had I not ordered GCMS notes, I wouldn't have known....

Montreal is the worst place to have your application in my opinion but I can't say yours may go through the same thing. My first EE application was April 2018. I called them after 3 months and was told my application is at Montreal. Ordered my notes and I saw RR on the application. Mind you, the application was sent to Montreal in early June but I heard from them in October with a procedural fairness letter. They asked me to submit a new bank statement. I was relieved cos I had I never touched the money in my account so I still had $12,900. I printed a new bank statement and uploaded it. 3 days latter, the refused me with the reason that i do not met the financial eligibility. The officer deducted my credit card bill of $2300 from my statement balance and concluded that i only have $10,000 plus which is less than the required amount. I paid off all my credit card bills and reapplied again on November 12. Waiting for the next absurd thing that they will tell me...lol

A11.2 is actual eligibility check like verification of employment pofand education by case analyst, if analyst recommended passed then visa office has little work to do like just signing off..
That's most important thing. It is showing not started now because file will now go to vo.
