Dear members of the forum
First I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all the experts here, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
I have a matter and I really need to know what do you think: I sent an outland spousal sponsorship application but as a sponsor, I have this issue with my residency obligations: I DID NOT BREACH my RO but I'm almost on the edge (7 days are between me and breaching my RO, total days of absence = 1088 )
I have been in Canada for almost one year now and I just started my sponsorship process. (didn't want to start sponsoring immediately after returning to Canada to give proof that I'm serious about staying). I'm Not planning to leave and we are aware that the process can take up to 12 months.
Is this issue can affect my situation as a sponsor although I didn't breach my RO?
Is it possible that they may miscalculate my RO?
Thank you in advance.
