Did you get yours returned to you? I only ask because I lost my ecas access today but someone said that might be because they are updating my file...That might be it, I don’t think I hand signed the Schedule Aso, they will return it because of that then? Did they email you first stating that it needed a hand signature before sending it back to you? Or you just found it in your mailbox? Thanks
Yes, it was returned 5 days after I lost my ECAS due to a missing hand written signature. Did you forgot to send any documents or missed a signature somewhere?
Ok good luck to you. Hope we get ours soon. When i call the ircc system my eligibility has not started yet.... hopefully soon
I had some things that I have no way to access them, a daughter i can't get a both certificate for, but sent a letter of explanation. Otherwise, I checked that application a ton of times before I sent it out because we had a missing signature the first time and it was perfect.... Even had not applicable or n/a in things we didn't need..... This has been going on to years trying to get this through.... I just am at the point of quitting....
