In document submission -
For education degree, I only have my engg. provisional degree certificate. Will that suffice for degree certificate?

I have WES evaluation report. Post ITA when we upload all documents, it is asking to upload degree certificate. That is where I am confused if okay to upload provisional.

If you haven't received your Final Degree yet, You can upload provisional and upload an LOE with details about it.

I am in the same situation now.
I haven't received my degree certificate yet. Can we upload provisional certificate for post ITA document upload?
They approved your request?
