WES Status = Waiting for required documents(Wrongly updated)

Hi All
I got my btech degree evaluated from WES on 3 dec 2018 and now have added a new credential on 21 feb(report upgrade). The status is showing as documents received but university has not sent the documents yet.
Has anyone faced this problem earlier?

Yes I called them and confirmed the same.

Even I upgraded the report and added all the new creds, Now the status shows "We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s)". I have not even sent the documents yet. Is there something wrong with my application, What should I do next?
