i got 66 marks with 8 years of experience in same field, masters, age 28, ielts with 6.5.. now vo suggest me to go for spouse... i am totally confuse that is it a good idea to get marry to get high score?? or is there any other way to get Canada PR without attempt ielts again.

Yes, you can apply for the Canada PR with any PNP i.e. Provincial Nominee Program. Every province has its own requirement.
