Name difference in university certificates

My name is Kumar Vipul Shrivastava.

My name on Bachelor's marksheets and degree is Kumar Vipul Shrivastawa
My name on Master's marksheets and degree is Kumar Vipul Shrivastava

Will getting ECA through WES will have any problem or will be accepted? Pls advice.

Get an affidavit attested from notary saying that both the names belong to same person.
I have a similar issue but its a little more biZzare. I don’t have a last name except in my job letter where the company added a last on it’s own from my father’s name as they had software issue with single name. I have given an affidavit for same. Hope it works for both of us

Ok thanks... But how do I send the affedevit ? My transcripts will be send to WES by University directly. Should I attach a copy of affedevit while sending my degree copies ?

No, affidavit has to be submitted while uploading your documents to cic . Wes doesn’t require it. The fact that ur transcripts are sent by university sealed; same is not required to them.
Affidavit is just for our personal satisfaction.

I have some query about wes ...i have diffence in father name :- bharatkumar in passport and bharatbhai in academic marksheets is it any problem for ECA? or as you mentioned, the affidavit or LOE has to be used for CIC dand not for WES?
