Hello,

May I ask if someone has experienced the same as me. My sponsor got Sponsor Approval ( SA ) on Feb 12 and it's almost 2 weeks but nothing else for me such as AIP or DM. I see normally SA and AIP are coming in the same day or after 2-3 days.

Does anyone can let me know is that normal or is that something wrong with my application?

Thank you for your help!
PS: I'm INLAND application.

I thought SA is just one stage, isn't that Medical check and security and police clearance after before AIP or DM?

Normally they're before SA. SA and AIP usually the same step, and after that is DM. For me, I'm stuck at SA.

Not that I understand for a typical outland sponsorship.

Your link is for OUTLAND application. My application is INLAND and the steps are:
1 - Application received
2 - Medical
3 - SA and AIP
4 - DM
5 - Landing Interview

If you have SA, your Sponsorship Application Status will show: Decision Made. If you click on Decision Made, you will see:
  1. We sent you correspondence on "Date" about the decision on your application.

It's hard to tell.. some people have had just a delay before finally receiving AIP/DM and others have had to provide additional proofs/documents. I know most only order GCMS notes after 12 months but it might be an option if you are curious as what concerns they have (if any).

It could be that your file would be transferred for further assessment and so you must check your GCSM notes and if it is the case there could be additional delays

Hi. What's next after the Decision Made status?
