Hi Friends, I already do have work visa for Canada filed by my organisation on my behalf. Now while applying for PR, when it asks "If you have applied for immigration before", do I need to say "Yes"?
On saying "Yes" it asks you the application number and the UCI number, I do have those, however since the work visa is applied by a third party hired by the MNCs, dont' think I will have all the information if they dig in more. Please suggest.

hello tnq for ur reply.
During Wes we can just evaluate our Highest degree,in my case Masters. The result was Canadian masters equivalency.
During My Pre ITA,I just provided my Masters Degree Details and provided ECA report for that degree only.but now when i add Bachelors in my Invitation it was asking if an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate? Which i don't. So i was selecting No.
Will this be a problem.
Hi can you share more details about your bachelor and masters courses. Were they from same stream or diff? ?

Would suggest you to take advice from experts. You can tag those people in your reply and hopefully someone will reply to you on this. ..

For my very initial organization (year 2006 to 2009), can I still mention in my Work History section? I am not claiming points for them, as those are with different NOC codes and hence not submitting reference letter. Is it ok? Do I need to mention this in LoE?

Hi
For each job you mention in Work history., subsequently you need to upload supporting document in next step hence I would suggest if you are not claiming points for the above mentioned job then move that exp to personal history and hence you don't have to provide letter of ref for that. Also you can explain in LoE that y you moved it to personal history.

Hope ur confusion is clear

Work visa is a temporary permit and it is not an IMMIGRATION VISA. So the answer will be NO

Hi everyone! Received an ITA on Feb 20th 2019. CRS : 480. I started filling the application - in the "Application details" section there are two questions regarding the state/province I intend to stay. I don't have any job offer and unsure about which state I would move to. Will it be a problem if I don't move to the state that I select? (It is a required field and there is no option that says 'Any' or 'All') Please advise!! :)

What are you guys uploading as proof of education? Degree certificate, Wes evaluation and IELTS? I thought they only asked for Degree certificate?

It does not matter. You will get points for your education based on your ECA and you will get points for your work experience based on your reference letters and the NOC.

IRCC clearly states: "The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description."
