I'm attending school online. So i wrote down the program and school. what should i write under address and country? my present address or school's address?

The school is in Canada, but the method of delivery is online and I live in a difference city/province than that of the school.

I had the same issue. I made sure that in the description of the program I put ONLINE in capital letters as the location where I physically were staying was a different province than the school address. I again explained it shortly in one sentence in my cover letter to be safe.
