Can't say. I guess you're close to PPR.
This is new and surprising. I dont agree with the MP office reply but like @tobs said this could start arguments.Hey guys, hope you all are hanging in there still..
Just as an update we sent both letters of employment now DATED as requested by the officer in the GCMS notes, hopefully our application will see some progress soon.
I just wanna share what my MP told me by email this morning:
"If you don’t hear back from the IRCC by mid April, please let us know and we can do another follow up provided that you do not ask your lawyer to make the same inquiry at the same time and please don’t request for another ATIP as it will definitely put the case on hold for at least 30 days when you request for that while your application(s) are still in progress. "
Now I really don't want to order another set of notes...
Thanks @tobs. I really pray so...the wait is draining. One more thing, I got married post AOR and added my husband to my application....sent updated POF and they acknowledged receipt. So I am thinking I should use this opportunity to show my current POF by submitting two bank statements; one showing my salary deposits and the other showing the funds that make up my POF.Can't say. I guess you're close to PPR.
Seems like AVO is now processing July applications
I think that's smart. Thanks @tobs. I really pray so...the wait is draining. One more thing, I got married post AOR and added my husband to my application....sent updated POF and they acknowledged receipt. What do you think?
Exactly. If I did not receive notes-irrespective of the 2.5 months I had to wait before it arrived, how would I know the missing date on my foreign work employment letter is the reason for the RR.Besides when you think about it, without ordering the notes you won't have found out what in your application was review required and it could have just been gathering dust for months without any ADRs being sent.
I honestly don't knknowkw. It makes sense to fill in your address. Can any inland applicant help?Hi @tobs one question, for sending passports on the return envelope do we need to write any address?
email says this
DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE.
but canada post guy asked me write address. pls guide me.
First two pages for your visa office and case summary. And last 4-5 pages to see the case analyst notes on your eligibility.Got GCMS notes. They are 200 plus pages. What should I be looking at?
I know right! When we had a meeting last week in person and I told them about the notes, the woman got so irritated saying I shouldn't have done that because now my application is gonna be stuck for 30+ days. So she called whoever she knew, and got all the same info that we found in the GCMS notes.. just with ONE call. Everything is so frustrating at this point..Besides when you think about it, without ordering the notes you won't have found out what in your application was review required and it could have just been gathering dust for months without any ADRs being sent.
