With this information I would assume they were processing your background check now. I do suggest linking your file to your GCkey account as this gives more detailed information and cic is able to correspond with you through messages.

Your processing times look normal. You should expect processing to take around a year - so until August 2019.

I linked my app with GC Key and its has following information, and it says background check not applicable, can you advise me on how close I am from a decision and how positive it look.... Thanks for responding
