Sounds like something could have been marked Review Required. Have you ordered/received GCMS notes? Might be in your interest to do so if you haven't yet. If there is a pinch point you may be able to take some proactive steps to resolve it.

As far as services go I have used GCMS Buddy and found them to be fine. Others may have a different perspective.

Once you actually have the notes (30-35 days) screengrab the case analyst notes at the end. Redact your personal information and the seniors here on the forum can kindly advise you.

No, not business days. Although its not uncommon for it to take longer than that specified timeframe in some cases from what I've seen.
By and large its a reasonable estimate.

Received reply for CSE and Email - January 31, 2019

PPR - February 4, 2019 (Generally from the trend, I have observed that NDVO issues PPR on Monday's)
Passports Submitted at VFS, Ahmedabad - February 5, 2019
Application Status Change to Approved in CIC account - February 12, 2019
Passports tracked and its due to be received - February 14, 2019

I wrote this just to assure you that sometimes it takes more than usual processing time, please don't doubt yourself for rejection, it's just file is being processed with some delays. I would suggest to wait for another 2 weeks past 6 months.

I got a request letter, asking me to provide bank statements showing salary deposit from current employer (highlighting salary deposits) and that my file will be reviewed after 30 days then a decision will be made.

I am super scared..... is everything okay? Has anyone ever been in this situation?

6 months is good.
The bank statement is a must though. That should be first page and pay slips on other pages. (merge the documents to a single pdf)
