Considering how CA has been issuing 20% more ITAs than the target for past two years, they need to hold 4 back to back draws if the draw size remains at 3350 or increase it to 3800 ITAs per draw per every two weeks (with one back to back) to meet their target (81,400 x 1.2 ≃ 97000)

Nope.
There was once a 468 cut-off

what took you so long?

Didn't have any planned trips. My last trip was early July last year and then after that I saw my SO for our friends' wedding, then he came down for his Fall break, then he wanted to spend Christmas down here with my family... I ended up just not needing to go to Canada!

My CoPR is valid 'til June, anyway, so I was never in a hurry, haha.

Hello guys,
My score is 453 - what do you think my chances are in the forthcoming rounds?

I created my EE profile this February.
My birthday comes in August, post which I start losing points.

Shall I work on improving my IELTS score or shall I wait for a couple of months.

Please advise.
